Plant Audits

PFS TECO is recognized as a qualified, independent inspection agency for the Department of Housing and Community Development (HUD). Through the Department, we are approved as an Inspection Primary Inspection Agency (IPIA) servicing manufactured homes clients throughout the United States and Canada. Our team of professional IPIA auditors are responsible for in-plant inspections of the various stages of building construction which includes framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, thermal, and final finish by enforcing the procedures of “HUD Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards: Part 3280.” The auditors also implement our proprietary in-plant quality audit procedures by enforcing the “PFS Corporation Audit Procedures Covering HUD Manufactured Homes (PFS 1401A).”
